Structured a Real Estate Development Project for Social Interest Housing - 80 Units, in Bogota DC.
Executed the complete structuring of a Real Estate development project in Ciudad Bolivar (south of Bogota) for a Colombian investment company. This is a project that will exceed 3,400 m2 (36,597 sq ft) of construction. The estimated sales are expected to generate more than $10,700 Million COP (Approx. $ 3,057,000 USD). Sales are estimated for the year 2024.
Structural and Foundation BIM Design for a residential Building in Bogota DC.
Structural and Foundation design of a combined system (Shear Walls and RC Framing) for a residential building, implementing the BIM methodology. This project is located in the neighborhood El Restrepo in Bogota DC.
Structural BIM Design of an Industrial Warehouse in Tocancipa, Cundinamarca.

Structural BIM Design of a 6,000 m2 (64,583 sq ft) industrial warehouse. This project included an office and storage area, including where the purine processing plant for the company Diana Pet Food is located.
Complete Designs, Real Estate Structuring, and Soon Construction of an Ecotourism Condominium in La Vega, Cundinamarca.
(Project in process) Complete Designs (architectural and engineering), Real Estate project structuring , and soon the construction of an exclusive ecotourism condominium of 15 luxury vacation homes with a club house on a terrain of 5 Ha (12.35 Acres) that includes 2 natural waterfalls within the property. This project will generate around $ 22,500 Million COP ($ 6,420,000 USD) in sales, located in La Vega, Cundinamarca.
Complete Designs, Real Estate Structuring, and Soon Construction of 3 Luxury Mansions in Villavicencio, Meta.
(Project in process) Complete Designs (architectural and engineering), Real Estate project structuring , and soon the construction of of 3 luxury mansions located on the outskirts of the city of Villavicencio, Meta. Each unit will be built on a 1 Ha (2.47 Acres) lot with: fully equipped gym, swimming pool, sauna, stable house, external office, and cinema room. Sales are estimated to be $ 5,100 Million COP (Approx. $ 1,457,000 USD).
Complete Engineering Designs for Luxury House in the Colombian Amazon.
Performed all the engineering designs for a 600 m2 (6,458 sq ft) modern house located in the beautiful Colombian Amazon. The structural system was designed in reinforced concrete frames in order to overcome large spans according to the architectural design requirements. The foundation was designed using a mixed system between footings and foundation slabs.
Hydraulic and Hydrological Risk Quantification Project in La Vega, Cundinamarca.
Executed the consulting project in which we performed the Hydraulic and Hydrological risk quantification and assessment for 5 lots on a 10.4 Ha (25.70 Acres) land in La Vega, Cundinamarca. This project also included a mitigation plan valid to be presented to the local municipality permit agency.
Completed all the Engineering Designs for a Luxury House in La Primavera, Villavicencio.

Performed all the engineering designs for a 450 m2 (4,844 sq ft) modern house located in the exclusive condominium of La Primavera in the city of Villavicencio, Meta. The structural system was designed in reinforced concrete frames in order to meet with the architectural design requirements, with a conventional footing foundation system.
Structural and Foundation Design of a country house in La Dorada, Caldas.

Completed the structural and foundation design of a vacation home in the countryside of La Dorada, Caldas. This single-family home comprised an area of 250 m2 (2,691 sq ft).
Structural Design of the Roofing Structure for the Cathedral Santiago Apostol, Bogota DC.

Designed and calculated the roofing structure for the Cathedral Santiago Apostol in the city of Bogota. This structure was originally built in 1687 and is today a National Monument and a Cultural Conservation Building. This design comprised a total area of 980m2 (10549 sq ft).
Wood Structure Retrofitting Consultancy in Bogota DC.

Executed a Structural Retrofitting consultancy for SINCHI (Amazonian Institute of Scientific Research) for the roofing structure and the wooden trusses that support it. This was a project of Structural Retrofitting design of 428 m2 (4,607 sq ft).
Principal Advisors to Braganza SAS for a Real Estate development project in Puerto Gaitán, Meta.
We are currently the principal advisors for the biotechnology and renewable energy company Braganza SAS for a future Real Estate development project in Puerto Gaitan, Meta. This project aims to provide a housing solution to more than 8,000 families of this region. The development is planned to take place on a lot owned by the company adjacent to the urban area of this town in an area of 200 Ha (494.21 Acres).
Structural Reinforcement of a Church in Tenjo, Cundinamarca.
We carried out the Structural Retrofitting of a local Church in Tenjo, Cundinamarca. This structure was built in adobe and was reinforced by confining the walls and the diaphragm using a wooden grid and additional columns. The area of intervention was of 120 m2 (1,292 sq ft).

Structural and Foundation Design of a Chalet House in Hato Grande, Sopo.
Completed the Structural and Foundation Design of a Luxury Chalet in the exclusive gated community of Hato Grande, Sopo. This structure was designed in reinforced concrete, a wooden truss for the roof, and an exterior patio with a glass pergola supported in a metal cantilevered structure. The total design area was 80 m2 (861 sq ft).
Structural Retrofitting for a building expansion in Alcalá , a neighborhood of Bogota DC.
In alliance with CIVECO SAS
Performed the Structural Retroffiting for the expansion of a two-story structure with mixed use: commercial and residential. A total of 126 m2 was reinforced with metallic frames. The foundation of this structure was also reinforced by Jacketing the footings with reinforced concrete.

Structural and Foundation Design for country house in the rural area of Sisga, Cundinamarca. The total area of design was 240 m2 (2,583 sq ft) using metallic elements and reinforced concrete.
Consulting project to evaluate the feasibility of changing the use of an office building in Chapinero, Bogota DC.
Completed the consulting project to evaluate the feasibility of changing the current use of this building of conventional offices to a document management facility that will generate new loads on the structure. We carried out the complete structural analysis for this new scenario and issued a report with possible retrofitting/reinforcements solutions with an estimated construction budget. The area of analysis was a total 850 m2 (9,149 sq ft).
